If you are accessing our website through your company, please review your company’s data privacy policy. Your information in the accident/incident report portal may be accessible to managers, safety representatives, and others your company has authorized to view or edit reports.
2- If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
3- We operate under Swedish jurisdiction and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Please be aware that we may share your information with authorities if required by a court order.
How long we retain your data
1- We are committed to retaining incident reports for up to 5 years upon your request after your premium subscription ends, for a nominal fee.
2- We are commited to keep your documents 30 days after ends of your subscription period. You should export them at the end of your subscrition period.
3- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
4- To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we retain payment information for up to 5 years.
5- For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Please note: If your information is submitted by your employer, managing your data is their responsibility, and we do not have authority over it.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us during your subscription period up to 30 days after subscription expiery date. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We utilize an AI API to analyze data; however, all information is encrypted and remains inaccessible to the AI service provider, ensuring the highest level of privacy protection for our customers.
